Returns and exchanges 30 days

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Product was received damaged during shipment

If the product is damaged during shipment, contact us at sales@paradigm-imports.com, and we will issue a replacement or a refund once we receive the damaged item. Paradigm Imports will pay for the return shipping costs on damaged products
